My name is Louis Lazaris, and I’m a freelance web developer, and author of two books on HTML/CSS. This site is my personal blog where I like to post unique information, practical suggestions, and honest viewpoints on front-end web development.
For the most part, the material on Impressive Webs is in the form of articles that discuss CSS, HTML, and JavaScript related concepts, principles, and bugs. Sometimes I’ll cover a single topic in-depth, and on rare occasions I’ll do a step-by-step tutorial.
I currently live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and I’ve been involved in the web development industry in various forms since 2000. Although I did technically begin my career with some formal web design training in a private college here in the Toronto area, most of what I now know is self-taught through reading, blogging, and learning from those I’ve worked with.
Although I am usually extremely busy, I do consider serious offers for freelance projects. Visit the web development services page for info on the typical stuff I do, and you can use the contact form to ask for a quote or inquire about my services.
